Sun Dried Tomato Hummus with Smoked Olive Oil

This quick and easy recipe came from daughter Taryn and her roommate Erin. They are both amazing cooks and into super healthy foods. They both agreed that it was the olive oil that made it taste so fresh and delicious.

1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 cloves garlic
1-3 teaspoons of equal parts lemon juice and enFuso late harvest (buttery) smoked olive oil, adjust for taste
3-4 sundried tomatoes
